This notice explains how personal data are processed on dronemusic.it, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended (Italian Privacy Code).

Browsing data. The systems that run the website collect, in the normal course of operation, technical data whose transmission is implicit in internet protocols: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, pages requested. They are used to guarantee the security and correct operation of the site.
Data you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and the content of your message. If you subscribe to the newsletter we receive your email address.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months. Newsletter data are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.
Data are processed by authorised personnel of the controller and by providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR: website hosting, email delivery and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd for Google Analytics. Data are not disseminated. Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
You can ask the controller for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and you can object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. Write to info@kdope.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), under Art. 77 GDPR.
Providing the data requested in the contact form is necessary to receive an answer; without them the request cannot be handled. Providing data for the newsletter is optional.
